In a rath (MA111-044----) named ‘Knocknaglogh Fort’ on the OS 6-inch maps. According to local tradition, the interior of the rath was used for the burial of unbaptized babies. A few small, moss-covered stones barely protruding above the ground surface are said to mark graves. In the W half, a roughly square hollow (2.7m across; D 0.2m) is also said to be the site of a grave, and small stones were once visible around its edge.
