Located at the edge of a pasture field, immediately adjacent to a farmyard.
A circular enclosure (diam. c. 25-30m), abutted at E by two buildings, is shown on the 1838 OS 6-inch map; on the 1916 edition it is indicated only as a S−NW curve in a boundary wall adjacent to a farmstead. A slight semicircular undulation, curving S–W and coinciding with a natural contour, preserves the western arc of the enclosure. The E half appears to have been largely destroyed by the construction of farm buildings.
