Set into the base of a steep boulder- strewn hill slope to S, just outside the limits of a settlement area (MA085-066----). The hut site is visible as a small hollow, roughly oval in plan (2.7m NW–SE, >2.2m NE– SW). Although little if any trace of its limits are visible from N through E to S, it is well defined from S through W to NW by a rough revetment of boulders set into the hill slope. This revetment is up to two courses (0.7m) high.
