In undulating pasture. Not indicated on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps. Visible in an aerial photograph (SMR file: GSI M 645-4; Roll 218, pr. 9) as a circular enclosure or earthwork.
A circular area (diam. c. 27-30m) is defined by the ephemeral outline of a levelled scarp, clipped at NW by a farm track on a NE–SW axis. There is an enclosure (MA082-019----) 80m to N, and two enclosures (MA082-020----; MA082-040----) c. 180m to SSW and 190m to S, respectively.
