In the NE corner of a field of rough, rushy pasture, located on a slight rise. There is rising ground to NE and a stream/drain 5m to SW.
Roughly circular, grass-covered mound (12m N–S; 11.6m E–W; H 0.7n at N, 0.5m at S) composed of shattered sandstone fragments in black soil. A shallow hollow (diam. c. 1m) on the WNW side of the mound may indicate the location of a trough. A burnt mound (MA073-056----) is located 50m to NNW.
