In pasture, located in a boggy depression, bordered to W by a small river. The river bank is lined with heaps of upcast material from dredging. According to local information, a large oak beam from a horizontal-wheeled water mill was dug out at roughly this location during drainage operations. There is no visible trace at ground level. There is a rath (MA072-006----) c. 100m to N.
