In pasture, located on a strip of level ground bordered to E by the Mullaghanoe River and to W by rising ground.
Listed as fulacht fia in the SMR (1991) and RMP (1997) based on local information. No evidence of a fulacht fia was evident at ground level when the location was inspected in 1996. Land reclamation has taken place here and much spoil was spread over the ground surface. It is possible that the fulacht fia has been levelled.
