In pasture, located on the summit of a low hillock. Sod-covered, oblong earthen mound (L 2.7m WNW-ESE; max. Wth 1.4m NNE–SSE; H 0.6m) defined by a kerb of longitudinally set upright slabs (L 0.35-0.6m; T 0.01m max; H 0.25-0.4). Two slabs protrude from the SW side, both leaning outwards slightly to S, and three large stones define the NE side. Other stones are visible barely protruding from the sod covering on the top and sides of the mound. Two slabs lie prostrate against the W end of the mound. The mound is known locally as 'The Frenchman's Grave' and, according to tradition, is the grave of one of the soldiers of General Humbert's Army.
