In pasture, located on a low rise in undulating terrain.
Raised circular area (23.6m E–W; 25.8m N–S) enclosed by a gravelly earthen bank (Wth 5.5m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 2m, at NW). The bank is best preserved on the N arc, where protruding stones may be remnants of a rough internal kerb. The bank is lower and degraded at NE–SE, with a break (Wth 1.7m) at E; the original entrance may have been on this side. At S-NW the bank is reduced to a low, broadly-slumped scarp. The interior has a slight slope down to S. There is a NW-SE farm road immediately to N.
