On top of a hillock, within a possible enclosure (MA031-008----).
A discrete length of bank (9m NNW-SSE; Wth 2.7m; H 0.5), composed of earth and small stones, extends across the flattish top (diam. c. 13.5m) of the hillock. The bank incorporates a single, irregular-shaped boulder, which according to local tradition, was used as an altar at which mass was said during the Penal Era.
