This possible site lies on a W-facing headland along the southwestern shore of Inishkea South, in an area of rough hilly pasture. The headland is flanked by sea rocks to the S and a deep chasm to the N. It is overlooked by higher ground to the N. The triangular headland is cut off from the mainland by an irregular scarp 0.5m high and 80m long. This may be the remains of a bank or wall. The interior is featureless and is strewn with rocks. About 10m to the E stands a cairn of stones. A line of hachuring crosses the neck of the headland on the OS maps, but the site is not named.
