What is recorded here

Located on a on a narrow peninsula of land extending S from the SW shore of Bartragh Island, in the estuary of the River Moy. Low, sod-covered bank (Wth 1-1.2m; H 0.2-0.3m) which extends on a NE–SW axis across the relatively flat top of the small ridge that forms the peninsula. At the NE it end at a rectangular area (10m NW–SE; 6m NE–SW ) that has been quarried out of the E side of the ridge. At its SW end the field boundary overlies a midden (MA022-114----). There another field boundary (MA022-115001-) c. 25m to NW. Compiled by: Jane O'Shaughnessy Date of upload: 19 September 2012
