In pasture 135m W of a watercourse that marks the townland boundary with Ahnaguarra. Enclosure (LI057-030----) lies 200m to SW. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as an oval-shaped area defined by a scarp. It is shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised roughly circular-shaped area (diam. c. 24m) defined by a scarp that has been incorporated into a field boundary. Monument is visible as a circular-shaped area delimited by trees on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages. See attached Google Earth orthoimages.
