In pasture, 85m E of townland boundary with Mortlestown. Three standing stones (LI056-05/058/060----) lie 290m to the NW. Not marked on 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Annotated ‘Pillar Stone’ on the Cassini ed. OSi 6-inch map. Standing stone listed by Grogan (1989, 268) in Ballygeagoge townland. No surface remains visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 or on Google Earth orthoimages. See attached Google Earth orthoimage.
