In pasture, on SSW-facing slope overlooking valley of River Feale. Monument, depicted as roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 70m) on 1923 OS 6-inch map, has been partially levelled. Enclosing element survives as earthen bank (H 2.15m) ENE->SSE where it forms part of field boundary system, and is evident as very-slight scarped edge (H 0.15m; Wth c. 6m) NNE->ENE (giving diameter of c. 68m). On W side line of enclosing element overlain by farm passageway. Interior, under pasture, slopes down to S. According to landowner enclosing element levelled c. 1975 and material derived from it used as fill for farm passageway. Compiled by: Denis Power Date of upload: 26 August 2011
