In reclaimed pasture 15m N of a road that marks the townland boundary with Newtown and 200m NE of the Morningstar River. Barrow (LI049-035----) lies 60m to N and barrow (LI049-227----) 95m to NW. Not depicted on historic OSi maps. Possible barrow listed as ‘Raheen 8’ by Grogan (1989, 245). No surface remains visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
