What is recorded here

In pasture, 55m E of townland boundary with Ardrahin. Enclosures (LI049-153\153----) lie 65m to the SW and 22m to the NW, respectively. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a circular-shaped area enclosed by a bank, truncated at W by a post-1700 field boundary running N-S. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised oval-shaped area (diam. c. 22m) defined by a scarp, fosse and outer bank from SW-W-N-NE, incorporated into a post-1700 field boundary from E-S-SW. Possible entrance gap at SW. Tree-covered monument visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages. See attached Google Earth orthoimages.
