In reclaimed pasture, Glenlary Cottage lies 270m to the SE. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as a raised oval-shaped area defined by a scarp. Shown on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised oval-shaped platform (dims. c. 21m N-S; 24m E-S) defined by a scarp. Monument visible as circular-shaped area enclosed by a bank with gaps at NE and SW, intersected at SE and SW by a trackway running NW-SE on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12. Trace of fosse visible from NW-N-E-S on the Google Earth orthoimage dated 13/08/2021.
