In pasture, 25m NE of townland boundary with Duntryleague, a moated site (LI049-068----) lies 65m to the E. Not marked on 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. Depicted on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a raised sub-rectangular shaped area (dims. c. 48m NW-SE x 34m NE-SW) defined by a scarp with fosse from SE-S-W-N. A conjoined earthwork to the NE consists of a raised rectangular-shaped area (dims. c. 52m NW-SE x 24m NE-SW) defined by a scarp from S-W-N-NE with fosse from NW-N-E-S. The earthwork is bisected by a field drain running NE-SW. Scrub-covered monument visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
