What is recorded here

In reclaimed pasture, within a field system (LI049-063001-), two earthworks (LI049-063006-/007-) lie 40m to the NW and 70m to the SE, respectively. Not marked on OSi 6-inch maps. Enclosure identified as a D-shaped cropmark by Hugh Carey from examination of Bing aerial photograph (14/01/2014). Monument visible as a D-shaped cropmark (diam. c. 29m NW-SE x 18m NE-SW) enclosed by a bank from SE-S-W-NW, truncated at W by a relic field boundary running E-W on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages. Monument intersected at E by a linear cropmark running N-S which may be a drainage channel associated with land reclamation works. Faint trace of circular shaped cropmark visible on Google Earth orthoimage date 18/11/2018. See attached location map and Google Earth orthoimages.
