In reclaimed pasture, within a field system (LI049-063001-), two enclosures (LI049-063007-/008-) lie 140m and 40m to the SE respectively. Not marked on OSi 6-inch maps. Earthwork identified as a sub-circular shaped cropmark on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000; Strip Map 3 Site 3/27) taken 03/11/1984. Monument visible as a sub-circular shaped cropmark (dims. c. 20m N-S; 16m E-W) defined by a wet fosse on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13 and on Google Earth orthoimages. Visible to the immediate S is a relic field boundary running NW-SE depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. A relic watercourse running NW-SE is visible 8m to the NE of the monument.
