The precise location of Francis Greagh's Castle on High St [Main St.] has not been identified. Described in the Urban Survey (Bradley et. al. 1989, 152) as following; 'Francis Creagh’s Castle. High St. This was also on the east side of the street and was bounded by the church yard on the east'.
