In level pasture, at base of gentle N-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 40m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.75m) with external fosse (D 0.6m; Wth 3m). Interior and most of enclosing element are covered by dense overgrowth. Bank is levelled N->ESE. Gap (Wth 1.6m) in bank at WSW.
