In level pasture. Oval area (34m E-W; 30m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.35m) with external fosse (D 0.2m; Wth 0.6m). Field boundary runs immediately outside fosse SSE->NNW. Interior level and under grass.
