In level pasture. Roughly circular area (diam. 40m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.35m; ext. H 0.7m) with external fosse (Wth 1.4m; D 0.2m). Gap (Wth 8m) in bank at SW. Interior level and mostly under pasture but with patches of overgrowth.
