In reclaimed pasture, 70m S of a watercourse that marks the townland boundary with Bohercarron and 100m W of the County boundary with Tipperary. Stepped barrow (TS066-122----) lies 200m to SE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Possible barrow identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 16; AP 5/2133). Faint trace of circular-shaped cropmark (diam. c. 5m) visible on Google Earth orthoimages.
