In pasture, immediately N of stream running E-W, a standing stone (LI041-013012-) lies 110m to the SW. Clogher Hill 190m to NNW, Knockaunatarriff 580m to SW. Not marked on historic OSi maps. Cropmark visible on Bórd Gáis Éireann Curraleigh West-Limerick gas pipeline aerial photographs (BGE 1:10,000 No. 75) taken 11/09/1982 . Monument visible as two rectangular-shaped conjoined cropmarks, N area (dims. c. 40m NW-SE; 36m NE-SW) defined by a ditch, with area to SE (dims. c. 30m NW-SE; 40m NE-SW), intersected at NE by a relic field boundary running NW-SE, on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13. Outline of conjoined rectangular-shaped cropmarks clearly visible on Google Earth orthoimages. See attached Google Earth orthoimages.
