In rough pasture, immediately N of an enclosure (LI040-218----). Not marked on OSi historic maps. Identified as a field system by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 96; AP 5/2104). Described by the ASI as a possible series of rectilinear enclosures (sub-divisions of a narrow field) visible on oblique aerial photograph taken 05/01/2003 (ASIAP (349) 18). Monument visible as rectilinear cropmarks (dims. c. 335m N-S x 170m E-W), some perpendicular to each other on Digital Globe orthoimage taken between 2011-13. Field system clearly visible on Google Earth orthoimage 20/03/2018 with relic field boundaries visible running E-W, depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map. A relic watercourse runs N-S and curves W in the SW quadrant of the field system.
