In reclaimed pasture, in SE quadrant of a group of barrows (LI040-049001-/0010-) and enclosure (LI040-049008-). Not marked on OSi historic maps. Possible site (No. 040249) identified as a small circular cropmark during examination of aerial photographs (BGE 1/5000, 2550, 2551) taken 03/11/1984 on the Bórd Gáis Éireann gas pipeline. No surface remains visible on OSi orthophoto taken between 2005-12 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
