What is recorded here

Westropp (1904-5, 450) recorded the following details about Kilfrush; 'Kilfroys, 1287 (Inq. of T. de Clare); Kilfrussce in Grene Deanery, 1302; Jacob. Stak robbed Kilfrosse Church, 1318 (Plea R. 123 of xi Ed. II, m. 34); Kylfrushe, 1586 (Peyton, p. 14); Killfruishe, down, 1615. Site - It was known in 1840; and some remembered fragments of wall there. Its graveyard (LI040-035002-), in Mr. Gubbins' demesne, had then been levelled by him. The well (LI040-034----) was Tobercolman'. In 1840 the Ordnance Survey Letters recorded that 'an old graveyard where there were, some time ago, some remains of an old church observable is situated in the Demesne of Mr. Gubbins.
