In reclaimed wet pasture, one of a group of eleven possible barrows (LI040-026002/013-) and 15m W of large impressive ring-barrow (LI040-026001-). Not marked on OSi historic maps. Potential site identified as a circular cropmark immediately W of drainage ditch running N-S, during examination of aerial photographs by the Discovery Programme. No surface remains visible on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12 or on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-13. Partial curvilinear ditch visible on Google Earth orthoimages, probably the remains of post-1700 drainage ditch.
See attached Bruff aerial photograph (2075) marked (No. 5) and Google Earth orthoimages.
