In pasture on low rise of ground, 87m SW of Uregare House. Enclosure (LI039-135----) lies 90m to the W. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OSi 6-inch map as circular shaped area enclosed by a bank, intersected from E-SE by a post-1700 field boundary running NE-SW. OS Trig. station marking spot height of 302 ft. OD is shown standing in centre of monument. Indicated on the 1897 ed. OSi 25-inch map as a much disturbed poorly preserved monument that has been partially levelled at N. On this map the monument is shows as raised roughly circular-shaped area (dims. c. 57m N-S; 60m E-W) defined by a bank mainly reduced to a scarp with gaps at NNE and NNW, partial external fosse indicated from SE-S. Intersected at NW by a post-1700 field boundary running NE-SW. Monument visible on aerial photograph (ASIAP (346) 1,2) taken on 05/01/2003. Monument visible as a large circular-shaped area enclosed by low bank with partial quarrying or damage from N-NE. Modern trackway running N-S to the immediate W of the monument visible on OSi orthophotograph taken between 2005-12 and on Google Earth orthoimages.
