In pasture, on steep N-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 32m) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.35m; ext. H 1.5m) with an external fosse (D 0.15m; Wth 1m). Stone facing on outer face of bank at NNW and NNE->NE. Enclosing element partially overgrown with thorn and briars. Low earthen field boundary runs approximately N-S across interior. Level interior under rough pasture.
