In level pasture, at confluence of field drain and stream. Circular area (47m N-S; 45.2m E-W) defined by a scarped edge (H 0.7m; Wth 3m) with an earthen bank (int. H 1.05m; ext. H 1.05m), and an intermediary (Wth 6.3m) and an external fosse (D 0.45m; Wth 5.8m). Field drain runs along line of external fosse SW->NW to meet Ehernagh Stream c. 15 NW of site. Gap (Wth 1.3m) in bank at SSW. Enclosing element is overgrown by trees and bushes. Interior, under rough pasture, has two distinct crescent shaped rises near centre. North crescent measures 22m WSW-ENE, 10m NNW-SSE, H above interior 0.5m. South crescent measures 9m WSW-ENE, 4m NNW-SSE, H above interior 0.2m.
