In reclaimed pasture 160m N of the townland boundary with Killeenagallive. Depicted on OSi 25-inch map as a sub-circular-shaped platform (dims. 32m NE-SW, 34m NW-SE) defined by a scarp and ditch from SE-S-NE, truncated at NE by a post-1700 field boundary running NW-SE. Depicted as circular-shaped earthwork on 1838 ed. OSi 6-inch map . Surveyed by the ASI in 2007 and described as a circular-shaped area (diam. 22m) defined by a scarp (Wth 2.2m; H 0.7m) with external fosse (Wth 6.8m; D 0.5m) best preserved from ESE-WSW. A deep drainage ditch intersects the E side of the monument. Surrounding land drains are visible on OSi orthophotos 2005-2012.
