On low lying wet pasture, cut by land drains and watercourses, 80m W of a public road and 330m SE of a townland boundary with Rootiagh. Enclosure (LI032-245----) lies 240m to NE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 158: AP 4/3634) as a faint circular-shaped cropmark. Levelled monument is visible as an oblong-shaped cropmark (33m NW-SE; 15m NNE-SSW) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and is seen as a faint suboval-shaped cropmark (20m NW-SE; 16m NE-SW) on Google Earth orthoimage 20/09/20.
