On poorly drained partially reclaimed pasture on the floodplain of the Camoge River 115m to W. which marks the townland boundary with Kilcullane. Possible barrow (LI032-209----) and ring-ditch (LI032-211----) lie 170m to NE and SW, respectively. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 178: AP 4/3607), as a small circular-shaped earthwork. Monument is visible as a roughly circular-shaped earthwork (11m N-S; 10m E-W) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013. Monument is visible as a clear circular-shaped earthwork (diam. 11m) on Google Earth orthoimage taken 05/04/2006.
