In flat pasture within a small field 134m SE of the Morningstar River and the townland boundary with Mortgage. Glenogra Castle (LI031-038004-) lies 60m to WNW with an enclosure (LI031-038008-) 185m to SSE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. The ring-barrow is visible on OSi orthoimages taken 2005-12; not visible on Digital Globe orthoimages taken 2011-2013. Identified by Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 1000: AP 4/3598) as a ring-barrow (ext. diam. c. 6m). The site is visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017 but not on the later orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
