In rough pasture, on marshy low-lying terrain. Circular area (diam. 30m N-S) enclosed by three concentric earth-and-stone banks. Inner bank (int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.55m), best preserved along NW arc but much denuded by cattle elsewhere. Much-degraded middle bank (int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.2m) can only be traced SSW->E. Outer bank (int. H 0.25m; ext. H 0.25m) survives E->S; it is truncated at S end by concrete tank (6m N-S; 10m E-W). Curved field boundary skirts around outside of enclosure W->NE; this possibly incorporates section of outer bank. Level interior covered by nettles and briars. Distance between inner and middle bank is 3m; distance between inner and outer bank is 15m.
