In reclaimed pasture, on level low-lying terrain. Circular area (diam. 41m) enclosed by earthen bank with external fosse (D 0.7m; Wth 0.85m). Bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.95), heavily masked by overgrowth along NW arc, is much degraded elsewhere. Fosse, best preserved WNW->N, has recently been re-cut to form deeper drain N->WNW. Uneven marshy interior, dips down gently towards centre. Disused passageway skirts externally around NW arc of bank.
