In pasture, on S-facing slope. Oval area (42m N-S; 47m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.25m; ext. H 1m). Enclosure is built into down-slope so that bank is higher internally (int. H 0.8m; ext. H 0.4m) NW->ESE. Interior, under pasture, slopes gently down to S. Field boundary skirts enclosure immediately to W. Loose stones are scattered along bank N->E and briars and bushes grow on its crest WSW->SE.
