In pasture, on E-facing slope. Oval area (17.6m N-S; 19.4m E-W) enclosed by earth-and-stone bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.05m) with external fosse (D 1m; Wth 3.8m). Bank is denuded by cattle in places and partially overgrown with thorn bushes. Entrance (Wth 3.6m) at ENE, now partially blocked with stones. Fosse most prominent E->N; elsewhere line of fosse marked by marshy ground and stand of irises. Traces of stones along outer edge of fosse, particularly S->W, may indicate remains of outer bank. Interior, under pasture, slopes down gently towards centre.
