In rough hillside pasture truncated by a field boundary removing the N half of the monument, 130m NE of the townland boundary with Knocknacrohy. The barrow is one of five ring-barrows (LI024-041/243/246/342/341----) in a cemetery 90m apart. Two further enclosures, most likely ringforts (LI024-341/040----) are located 55m to S and 20m E respectively. The site is not depicted on historic OSi maps. The site is visible with its N side truncated by a field boundary on the most recent Google Earth orthoimages taken 18/11/2018.
