In rough, wet, water-shaped pasture, 85m E of a townland boundary with Tonteere and 75m S of a watercourse. Ring-barrows (LI023-325/213----) lie 11m to W and 25m to SW, respectively. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a small, circular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 234.3: AP 4/3664). Monument is visible as a circular-shaped cropmark (diam. 11m) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, however is not visible on Digital Globe orthoimage 201-2013 or on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
