In low-lying, wet pasture, cut by land drains and watercourses, to the immediate S of a townland boundary with Kildromin. Ring-barrows (LI023-297/298----) lie 70m to NE. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Identified as a long rectangular-shaped cropmark by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 194: AP 4/3632). Monument is visible as a long rectangular-shaped cropmark (70m NW-SE; 42m NE-SW) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012. Not visible on Digital Globe orthophoto taken 2011-2013 or on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.
