Identified from an aerial photograph (Bruff Survey: Map 23, Bruff 267.1; 4/3665). In rough, damp pasture. Oval area (28m N-S; 40m E-W) defined by scarped edge (Wth 2.55; H 0.35m) with shallow external fosse (Wth 4.95m; D 0.1m) most evident SE-NE. Interior is generally level; ring-barrow (LI023-306----) in NE quadrant. The morphology of this enclosure indicates that it may be Bronze Age in date (Doody 2008 132).
