In level pasture. Rochestown Church ruins (LI023-002001-) in centre of trapezoidal-shaped graveyard (L 22m at W; L 57m at N; L 34m at E; L 54m at S) enclosed by mortared stone wall. Entrance gate, at E-end of S-wall, of wrought iron flanked by limestone piers. Interior covered by coarse grass. Earliest headstone noted dated 1826. Still in occasional use for burial. Along inside of S wall is linear depression (Wth 5.75m; D on S side 0.85m; D on N side 1.05m).
