What is recorded here

In pasture on a slight NNW-facing slope 120m S of townland boundary with Kilderry. Not depicted on the 1840 0S 6-inch map or the 1897 25-inch OS map. Identified from an examination of aerial photographs of the region during work on the Curraleigh–Limerick gas pipeline in 1986 (BGE 1:10000 No. 42). No surface remains visible when visited by the ASI in 2000. Faint cropmark shown on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018. Compiled by: Martin Fitzpatrick Date upload: 11 August 2020
