In tillage on a slight SSE-facing slope, 200m to W of townland boundary with Shanaclogh. Not depicted on the 1840 OSi 6-inch map or the 1897 OSi 25-inch map. Identified from an examination of 1:10,000 Bord Gáis Éireann aerial photographs during work on the Curraleigh–Limerick gas pipeline in 1986 (BGE No. 38, Site No.022204). Visited by the ASI in 2000 and described no surface remains visible. Cropmark of circular-shaped enclosure (approx. int. diam. 39m; ext. diam. 47m) visible on Google Earth orthoimage taken 28/06/2018.
