In level area at rear of dwelling with views moderate in all directions, 32m E of townland boundary with Cloghnamana. A barrow (LI022-133----) lies 294m to NE. Surveyed by the ASI in 2000, and described as a raised circular-shaped area (16m N-S; 17m E-W ) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.75m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.6m) with two modern ramps giving access to interior at N (Wth 1.7m) and at ESE (Wth 5.5m). Possible disturbance along edge of site from E to W with earth dumped obscuring view. The monument is visible overgrown with trees on the OSi orthophotos 2005-2012, Digital Globe orthoimages 2011-2013 and Google Earth orthoimage taken in 2018.
